The first program (24-2513) will be a $3 million pilot that will provide prospective homeowners with down payment assistance or assistance with closing costs or buydowns on mortgages. The other pilot (24-2735) will be a $12 million effort for the construction of single-family modular homes,” by The Daily Line.
