Ken Fisher discusses in the New York Post recent funds raised by Democratic Party nominee Eric Adams, who raised more than $2 million in 43 days. By comparison, Republican candidate Curtis Silwa has raised $200,000. Adams’ push is believed to be so the moderate Democrat and former NYPD captain can have a mandate to pursue his law-and-order agenda in a City Hall with a liberal legislature.
According to Ken, “Adams isn’t taking a November win for granted.” The nominee’s campaign fundraising push is a mayoral mandate.
“It’s an opportunity for him to go out and reinforce the narrative and the image that he wants to create for himself and to take advantage of the fact that he’s a hot commodity. People want to hear what he has to say,” Ken continued.
