Sean Clerget Featured in BGOV’s Power Play on Reconciliation Strategy

Sean Clerget, senior principal of Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies’ tax policy practice and member of Cozen O’Connor’s congressional investigations practice, was featured in a Bloomberg Government’s Power Play newsletter on growing momentum for a potential second reconciliation package in Congress. Drawing on his experience as former chief tax counsel to the House Ways and Means Committee, Sean noted that increased chatter around reconciliation is driving strong client interest in legislative vehicles with a high likelihood of passage.
