Stuart Shorenstein, managing director and co-founder of Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies’ New York practice, has been named to City & State New York’s 2025 Casino & Sports Betting Trailblazers list. With over four decades of experience in government relations, Stuart has advised clients across the gaming, media, finance, and technology sectors. He has worked closely with the Governor’s office, the Gaming Commission, and the legislature’s racing and wagering committees on key regulatory efforts, including the introduction of 2024 iGaming legislation in both chambers. His has and will continue to shape the legislative and regulatory gaming landscape in New York.
