About Anna

With a background in strategic communications, state and federal political fundraising, progressive coalition building, and campaign organizing, Anna leads all marketing and business development initiatives for Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies. From social media to building out marketing collateral, she focuses the firm’s brand and business initiatives by developing and executing a robust communications strategy.

Before joining Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, Anna served as the government affairs strategist for Indigov, a government technology startup that provides a private-market constituent relationship management (CRM) solution to elected officials at every level of government. During her time at Indigov, she managed a network of former elected officials, lobbyists, and political consultants, and advised the company on their communications and sales strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

Anna launched her career as the program manager of policy and organizing at a national gun safety organization, Brady United. She also interned for two Democratic members of Congress, supporting their legislative and administrative efforts in DC, and later she joined the DC-based, female-led political fundraising firm, the Frost Group, as a finance assistant — where she supported the campaigns of more than 30 members of Congress, first-time candidates, and PACs. Anna then returned to her previous employer, Brady PAC, where she served as the PAC’s state and federal political manager, partnering with the executive director to seamlessly guide all aspects of the PAC, including fundraising, digital communications, advocacy, progressive partnerships, and more.

Anna graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in political science and international affairs, and minor in environmental studies.
