As a skilled advocate and advisor, Brianna leverages her extensive network of diverse stakeholders across both the private and public sectors in the City of Philadelphia to help clients succeed. Providing valuable insights into the City’s legislative and regulatory processes, she has played a pivotal role in revitalizing major nonprofits and cultural institutions impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully securing hundreds of millions in public funds for capital and operational projects.
With a background in real estate and zoning advocacy, Brianna previously served as the Government Affairs Manager for the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA). In this role, she was instrumental in developing Philadelphia’s eviction diversion program and securing $210 million in state and local funding for COVID-19 rental assistance. Her expertise led to her appointment on Mayor Cherelle Parker’s transition team, where she was a member of the housing and development subcommittee.
Brianna is deeply committed to fostering civic engagement, particularly among young adults. She serves on the advisory board of the Young Professionals Council of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, as well as the boards of the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center, Variety, the Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley, and the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia.
Brianna graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. During her college years, she interned with the Philadelphia City Council, the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and a major coatings company.
