About Brianna

Brianna joined Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies in January 2021 and advocates on behalf of clients before the Philadelphia government, advises on legislative strategies, analyzes and drafts public policy, and coordinates diverse stakeholders to develop strategic advocacy initiatives. Over the last two years, Brianna has successfully represented some of the largest non-profits and cultural institutions in the City while obtaining critical public funding to reinvigorate institutions hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brianna has particular experience and expertise regarding real estate-related advocacy. Before joining Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, Brianna spent three years as the government affairs manager for the Pennsylvania Apartment Association. While at the PAA, she collaborated with policymakers to help develop Philadelphia’s eviction diversion program and secure $210 million in state and local funding toward COVID-19 rental assistance.

Brianna has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to fostering increased civic engagement, both professionally and personally —particularly among young adults – and serves on the Advisory Board of the Young Professionals Council of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and is also a board member for the Spruce Foundation, and Variety—the Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley.

Brianna graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania in 2016. While at Penn, she held internships with the Philadelphia City Council, the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and a multi-billion dollar coatings company.
