About Brittany

Brittany works closely with the chief executive officer, director of operations, and stakeholders to support Public Strategies’ day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. In this role, she manages both internal and external client events, oversees compliance with state and local lobbying disclosure regulations, and helps coordinate the hiring process. Brittany fosters strong collaboration across the organization, leading the firm’s employee engagement and professional development initiatives.

Brittany brings a strong background in government relations, event strategy, and organizational management in both the public and private sectors. Before joining Public Strategies, Brittany served as executive and donor relations coordinator at Traffick911, a Dallas-based nonprofit dedicated to combating child sex trafficking. In that role, she managed donor stewardship programs, led annual fundraising campaigns, and coordinated major events that supported the organization’s mission and growth.

Brittany began her career in public service—first with the U.S. Department of Defense and later in California state politics—before spending seven years in the U.S. House of Representatives. In the House, she held several senior positions, including director of member services for the Committee on House Administration and director of operations for former Illinois Congressman Rodney Davis. In these roles, she coordinated hundreds of official events and professional development programs for Members of Congress and their staff, managed high-profile travel and logistics, and supported key legislative initiatives. Her congressional experience also includes advising on policy issues such as education, human trafficking prevention, and religious liberty.

Brittany graduated magna cum laude from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
