About David
David has more than 25 years of experience in the government and public affairs arenas and a strong track record of success in the halls of the Pennsylvania State Capitol. David represents a diverse group of clients with interests in cable television, telecommunications, organized labor, financial services, technology, and medical marijuana. Previously, David was president and CEO of the Technology Council of Pennsylvania, a statewide trade association representing Pennsylvania’s growing technology industry. For more than 10 years, David served as a vice president for CenturyLink, Inc., where he was responsible for the company’s extensive government, public and regulatory affairs operations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. David began his career in the U.S. Senate as a staff aide to former U.S. Senator Arlen Specter. He has served in various professional leadership capacities in non-profit organizations, including the board of directors of the Team Pennsylvania Foundation, a public-private partnership that initiates innovative programs to improve Pennsylvania’s economic prosperity.
David graduated from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa., with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
