About Isabella

Isabella is a legislative analyst with the Chicago Public Strategies team, where she monitors and analyzes legislation, hearings, and legislative activity at both the local and state levels. She previously interned with the team, supporting hearing coverage, policy tracking, and legislative research.

As an undergraduate, Isabella interned with Chicago-based Women Employed, conducting research and supporting initiatives addressing policy and legal challenges affecting low-wage women. She continued this policy work at the Federation of Women Contractors, where she monitored Chicago City Council meetings, coordinated with city and state officials, and tracked policy changes affecting minority- and women-owned businesses.
