About Robyn

Robyn Rowen has over twenty years of advocacy, legal, and trade association management experience and provides specialized services in legislative and regulatory affairs. She is known at the Minnesota Capitol as a highly effective leader and communicator who achieves success for her clients – whether Fortune 500 companies or non-profits – through a broad, bipartisan base of relationships. Robyn has expertise in a variety of public policy issue areas, and legislators and regulators alike seek Robyn out for her experience and expertise. Legislative successes include protecting the recovery rights of structured settlement victims, redesigning the regulatory structure for annuities, obtaining tax relief for small businesses (PTEs) and overcoming opposition from the powerful liquor store and distributor lobbies to allow craft distillers to sell full size bottles. Robyn has a B.A., cum laude, from Carleton College and a J.D., cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.

Robyn is an independent contractor with Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies.
