As political campaigns continue their efforts to mobilize voters ahead of the November election in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania, Joe shared his perspective on voting: “Painting it as an obligation, I don’t think is a way to get young people engaged…portraying voting as a way to take the power in your hands, that you have agency and that you can actually change it.”
