Lobbying Firm Co-Founder Expecting ‘Frenzy’ For NY Downstate Casino Licenses

Stuart Shorenstein is quoted in an article published in PlayNY. Stuart discusses why he thinks the most prominent casino operators will express interest in the New York City casino gaming market.

“I think people are very much champing at the bit to get into business in and around New York City, because that probably will become the Gambling Mecca of the country, and maybe even the world,” said Stuart.

“When you look at how well the video lottery terminals have been doing, putting a full casino in NYC with a hotel and other amenities, it could be spectacularly big.” He adds.
